(1) seed drying
In the case of poor storage conditions or high water content of seeds, in order to improve the germination rate and germination potential of seeds, they should be aired for 2 ~ 3 days before sowing. When drying, it should be thinned and turned frequently to prevent the seed coat from cracking due to strong sunlight at noon. After drying, spread the seeds and put them in a bag for later use.
(2) seed dressing
Seed dressing with rhizobia: It is necessary to inoculate rhizobia on newly reclaimed land, land returned with stubble or land where soybeans have not been planted for many years. Use 7.5 kg rhizobia agent per hectare of soybean seeds. The specific method is as follows: dilute the solid powder and liquid agent with appropriate amount of water, and evenly mix the seeds with the microbial agent, or soak the seeds first, and then evenly stick the solid powder on the seeds to make the microbial agent adhere to the surface of each seed. After mixing, put it in a cool place to prevent direct sunlight from killing rhizobia. After inoculating rhizobia, sow in the shade.
Micro-fertilizer seed dressing: According to the lack of trace elements in the soil, ammonium molybdate and borax can be used for seed dressing. Ammonium molybdate seed dressing: 2-4g ammonium molybdate is mixed with each kilogram of soybean seeds, and then 2-4g ammonium molybdate is dissolved in a small amount of hot water, then diluted to about 20ml with water, sprayed on the soybean seeds, evenly mixed, dried in the shade and sowed. Borax seed dressing: Mix 1 ~ 3g borax per kilogram of soybean seeds, dissolve 1 ~ 3g borax in 20ml water, spray it on soybean seeds, mix it evenly, dry it in the shade and sow it.
(3) seed coating
Select registered special soybean seed coating agent (such as 26% Dokefu seed coating agent 1: 60 or 15% Fokker seed coating agent 1: 60) for seed coating treatment.
When micro-fertilizer seed dressing and seed coating agent are applied at the same time, micro-fertilizer seed dressing should be carried out first, and then seed coating agent should be coated after drying in the shade. Rhizobia should be avoided to be used with acidic pesticides.
