Appointment notice
1. Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum is open to the public free of charge. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday at 9: 00-16: 30 (closed at16: 00) and closed all day every Monday (except national holidays).

After the reservation is successful, the audience must visit the museum on time during the reservation. When entering the library, please take a temperature test, scan the position code, show the travel itinerary code, and report negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours. If the elderly or children don't have smart phones, please bring your ID card, Hangzhou citizen card and other valid identification documents with you, which will be verified by the staff.
4. Visitors can enter the venue through the gate system by scanning the reserved QR code, swiping their ID cards and social security cards. One door for each person, so please don't be crowded. Appointment verification can only be used once, and a new appointment is required after leaving the library.
You must wear a mask during the whole visit. Please keep a distance of more than 1.5 meters from others when queuing for a visit to avoid crowd gathering. Visitors with symptoms such as fever and cough, abnormal "health code" and "travel code" and unable to provide nucleic acid detection records within 72 hours are refused to enter the library.
6. The official account of "Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum" WeChat is the only official reservation platform of our library. Our library has never authorized any other website to make an appointment with third-party platforms such as Ctrip.
