According to the latest public notice, the SF1102-104 plot project is located at the intersection of Kaifeng Road, Dasha Road and Tongbai Road, with a planned land area of 24,962.70 square meters. This plot is a mixed commercial land with a planned total construction area of 1 18628.83 square meters, of which the total construction area above ground is 70 square meters.
SF1102-10 is located in the north of Dasha Road, the west of Tongbai Branch Road and the south of Tongbai Road, with a planned land area of 36,697.50 square meters. It is a second-class residential land with a planned total construction area of147,036.52 square meters.
