Physical examination training instructions
According to the Food Hygiene Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Regulations on the Administration of Public Places and Administrative Measures for Preventive Health Inspection, all personnel engaged in food hygiene, public place hygiene, drinking water hygiene, cosmetics and protection of harmful biological products in Beijing must undergo annual health examination, pass the physical examination, receive health knowledge training and hold health certificates before taking up their posts. To understand who will infect the social population at work, guide them to seek medical treatment, and provide basis for the management of health supervision departments.

Time: every Monday to Friday at 7: 30 am-11:00, except holidays.
Physical examination content: check viral hepatitis, dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, skin diseases and other infectious diseases.
Physical examination requirements:
1, empty stomach on the morning of physical examination, with ID card, old health certificate or card and pen.
2. Pay attention to rest the day before the physical examination, avoid overeating and avoid drinking.
Please wear loose clothes during physical examination to facilitate venous blood collection.
4. Take it after blood drawing, and press the eye of the needle with a sterile cotton swab for 5-8 minutes. Don't rub the eye of the needle to prevent subcutaneous congestion.
5. Hot compress is not allowed within 24 hours after blood drawing.
