The difference between health and wellness committee and discipline inspection commission.

The National Health and Wellness Commission of People's Republic of China (PRC) is an integral part of the State Council, and it is a ministerial level. The National Health and Wellness Committee implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on health and wellness work, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on health and wellness work in the process of performing its duties.

Commission for Discipline Inspection refers to the Party's Commission for Discipline Inspection. The main tasks are: to safeguard party constitution and other laws and regulations within the Party, to assist the Party Committee in strengthening the Party's work style, and to check the implementation of the Party's line, principles, policies and resolutions; Educate party member to observe discipline and decide to maintain party discipline; To review and deal with major and complicated cases in which Party organizations and party member violated the laws and regulations of party constitution and the Party, and decide or revoke the punishment against party member; Accept complaints and appeals from party member, etc.

The Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Health and Wellness Committee have different responsibilities, missions and goals. Therefore, they play different roles in state institutions and play different roles.
