Jingchu Institute of Technology is a second-class public welfare institution directly under Hubei Province. It is a provincial full-time ordinary college approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2007. (3) Qualification examination
According to the recruitment plan and requirements of full-time counselors in 2023, the personnel office and the academic affairs office (department) are jointly responsible for the qualification examination of candidates.
The Ministry of Education and the Industry Department (Division) set up an open recruitment working group, and after the preliminary qualification examination according to the recruitment conditions, reported it to the Ministry of Personnel for review.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and those who do not meet the recruitment conditions will be disqualified.
The application materials submitted by candidates shall be true, accurate, complete and effective.
Those who do not meet the registration requirements, resort to deceit or violate the recruitment regulations will be disqualified once they are found.
The ratio of the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position to the number of people who have passed the qualification examination (the number of people who have participated in the written examination) is not less than 1: 3. If it does not reach 1:3, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled.
Sixth, the recruitment examination
This recruitment is conducted under the supervision and guidance of Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The recruitment examination includes written examination and interview.
The written test score accounts for 40%, and the interview score accounts for 60%.
(1) Written examination
The written test takes the form of closed-book examination, with a percentage system, with a full score of 100.
Investigate the basic theoretical knowledge, comprehensive quality, political quality, ideological style and written expression ability of full-time counselors.
The written test sets the minimum qualified score line, and the score reaches 60 or above before entering the interview.
According to the ratio of 1: 3, those who pass the written test are determined from high to low. If the written test scores are tied for the bottom, the tied personnel are determined to be qualified in the written test and qualified for interview assessment. Abstaining, after confirmation by the leading group, can be replenished in turn.
(2) Interview and psychological test
The interview will take the form of topic speech and on-site defense. Topics cover basic knowledge, keynote speech, case analysis, simulated dialogue and other categories, percentage system 100, minimum qualified score control. You can't enter the next stage until the interview reaches 70 points.
This paper mainly examines the comprehensive qualities and abilities of candidates, such as unity and cooperation consciousness, professional knowledge required for the post, language expression ability, adaptability, organization and coordination ability, ability to analyze and solve work problems, and psychological quality.
In the expert questioning session, the expert judges will ask questions according to the candidates' on-site performance, and the candidates will answer them on the spot.
The interview requires on-site grading.
Applicants who enter the interview process need to undergo psychological tests, and the school mental health education center will organize and issue the test results. Those who fail the test will not be hired.

Seven, physical examination and inspection
According to the comprehensive ranking of test scores, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1. If the total score of the exam is the same, the one with the highest interview score will be given priority. If they are still the same, the candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the interview and examination results.
The physical examination is arranged by the school in the physical examination center of the affiliated central hospital of Jingchu Institute of Technology (Jingmen Second People's Hospital), and the physical examination is organized and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
The medical examination results are issued by the hospital and the expenses are self-care.
Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection.
The main contents of the inspection include ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, law-abiding and so on. , and through correspondence, field trips, access to relevant materials, access to personnel files, etc.
Candidates who voluntarily give up or fail to pass the physical examination and inspection will be disqualified from hiring candidates. The school can fill in candidates from candidates who apply for the same position according to the needs of the work from high to low.
Eight, approval, publicity, filing and employment
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are the persons to be hired, and the persons to be hired shall be publicized on the campus network of the school for not less than 7 working days.
If the problems reflected in the publicity are serious and there is evidence to prove that they do not meet the employment conditions, the qualifications of the candidates to be hired will be cancelled. After the candidates who apply for the same position are reported to the school's open recruitment leading group for approval, they will be replenished from high score to low score; To reflect the serious problem but difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion; If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the procedures after being reported to the school for research and decision, and shall be reported to the provincial people's social welfare department for examination and filing according to regulations.
