The Ministry of Education and the Industry Department (Division) set up an open recruitment working group, and after the preliminary qualification examination according to the recruitment conditions, reported it to the Ministry of Personnel for review.

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and those who do not meet the recruitment conditions will be disqualified.

The application materials submitted by candidates shall be true, accurate, complete and effective.

Those who do not meet the registration requirements, resort to deceit or violate the recruitment regulations will be disqualified once they are found.

The ratio of the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position to the number of people who have passed the qualification examination (the number of people who have participated in the written examination) is not less than 1: 3. Sixth, the recruitment examination

This recruitment is conducted under the supervision and guidance of Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The recruitment examination includes written examination and interview.

The written test score accounts for 40%, and the interview score accounts for 60%.

(2) Interview and psychological test
