Understanding of healthy lifestyle?

Eat a full meal, sleep for eight hours, drink eight glasses of water every day, and walk for an hour after meals. Have a good attitude, be aloof from things, respect the old and love the young, do good deeds, love life, be self-motivated, learn new knowledge, make new friends, travel around the world, give up smoking and alcohol, give priority to vegetables, supplemented by miscellaneous grains.
