Classroom teaching activities are carried out in the middle school affiliated to xx University, mainly about the knowledge of mental health education, with classroom teaching as the main part and classroom activities as the supplement. The content mainly involves learning attention, emotional adjustment, mastering learning methods and developing ability.
With extensive scientific and cultural knowledge, the students we face are growing teenagers, who have a wide range of interests and a strong thirst for knowledge. They ask all kinds of questions and need teachers to answer and guide them. It is not enough to know only the knowledge of this subject. In my teaching activities, I often encounter many questions that I haven't learned or thought about at school, and sometimes even students ask me questions that I haven't heard of before.
Teachers must have profound knowledge and profound cultural background if they want to satisfy students' thirst for knowledge and give them useful enlightenment in their outlook on life. Language expression and communication skills. Language is the main means for teachers to spread knowledge to students and communicate with classmates. Therefore, compared with other industries, the requirements for teachers' language expression ability are relatively high.
The language used by teachers is mostly spoken, which requires accuracy, standardization, conciseness, vividness, logicality, appeal and persuasiveness. Correct viewpoint, substantial content, fluent writing and neat handwriting are the minimum requirements for teachers' language expression ability.

With a vision and hope for the future, I came to xx Kindergarten in 20xx. Time flies, the end of the internship life makes me really feel the difficulty of being a kindergarten teacher. This internship also benefited me a lot. As the saying goes, everything is difficult at the beginning. When I first started working, I felt great difficulties. Just out of school, I have no work experience except during my study.
Facing the new job and so many children, I feel at a loss. I don't know where to start working. I stand by and watch the old teacher, so I can easily take my baby to carry out various activities. Therefore, I study hard and try to lead the class independently.
After several times, my nervous psychology gradually receded. This is the first step in the work. The problem faced by new teachers is that they are not familiar with textbooks and don't know how to teach them. I am very anxious about this, for fear that poor class will affect children's mastery of knowledge and interest in my class. So I prepare lessons carefully, consult materials and write lesson plans every time.
Listening to lectures is a good way to improve one's teaching ability. Only by attending more classes can new teachers gradually accumulate experience. So I cherish every opportunity to attend class. The main target of the lecture is the master. After listening to many classes this semester, I gained a lot and gradually mastered some class skills.
Besides attending classes, I often ask my head teacher and other teachers for teaching questions. These teachers are very enthusiastic to help me with my answers, especially the teachers in my class, which has benefited me a lot. From this, I also understand that knowledge and experience did not fall from the sky by myself. We should carry forward the spirit of being diligent and eager to learn, regard ourselves as students and actively absorb some advanced things from other teachers around us in order to improve our level.
In addition, we also organized collective lesson preparation activities, which made me understand the teaching objectives and direction. To be a qualified teacher, besides having good teaching experience, the most important thing is to have good professional ethics. To this end, I always use my love to care for every child around me. In terms of children's personal hygiene, they are not afraid of being dirty, suffering or tired, and they should care and love like their mothers.
During my internship, I have always been the protagonist, actively assisting the teachers in my class to complete all the work and abide by the rules and regulations of the school where I practice. It has been well received by the park leaders, instructors and even parents, which has injected new impetus into my own work.
This internship made me feel a lot, and I have to admit that a newcomer is a newcomer. Due to my lack of experience, my teaching level lags behind that of other experienced teachers, which can be seen in the usual class discipline. Because my lectures in class are not vivid, sometimes the discipline is not as good as that of the master. After that, I also constantly reflected on my own teaching, constantly improved, and improved obviously through my own efforts.
At the teacher's request, I corrected the children's homework, organized games and so on. Before doing these things, I have been thinking about the teacher's lessons when I was a trainee: the teacher's smiling face and rich body language. I told myself to smile and tell the babies in the simplest words that they could understand.
Although I am nervous and sometimes helpless, I keep reminding myself that only laughter can make children like you and get closer to them. Everything the teacher said is right in the eyes of the children, and the children who are tutoring also listen to me carefully.
