Nowadays, many families spoil their children too much and buy them whatever they want. Especially for some elderly people, grandchildren can buy whatever they like, regardless of whether the nutritional mix is reasonable. Some children don't like vegetables. They always buy some fried food. If you don't buy, you don't eat, and you start to make trouble. It's not bad for the older generation to see their grandchildren hungry, and some even force their parents to buy fried food for their children. The concept of the older generation is that eating is a blessing. They are a hungry generation and will think their grandchildren are fat.
In our life, many children are too short of exercise now. I seldom take the initiative to do housework at home. They basically ate and left, and lost all the dishes and chopsticks. Some parents are busy with work and have no time to accompany their children to exercise. After dinner, the children do their homework, and some just watch TV, play mobile phones and play games. At school, it is the same. Reading, eating and sleeping. I don't feel as lively as my previous children. In the past, rural children had poor conditions at home, so there were so many things for us to eat and play with. Holidays are a group of people going out to climb mountains and catch fish in the water. Times are different, and the way of life is really different.
As an ordinary citizen, if you don't waste, you won't waste. Teach your children to take as much as they eat and not to waste. Diligence and thrift are virtues that need to be passed down forever.
