Processing flow:

1, registration hall: pay fees and receive medical forms;

2. Fill in the name, gender, age and item in the upper and lower parts of the physical examination form in block letters;

3. Physical examination room: photography and physical examination;

4.x-ray room: chest X-ray (free for pregnant women);

5. Planned immunization department: measles vaccine (free for pregnant women);

6, blood test window: blood test (food, public places practitioners plus anal examination);

7. Obtain evidence in the accreditation hall: after 24 hours of physical examination, obtain evidence with the physical examination form, green invoice and training paper (obtain evidence after 48 hours of physical examination for employees in food and public places);

Article 45 stipulates that food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
