How to know health by looking at your hands

Hands can predict health and disease.

1. Pale fingertips: blood flow disorder;

2. Blue nails: circulatory disorder;

3. Yellow nails: bronchitis;

4. Swelling of knuckles: hyperuricemia and gout;

5. Small white spots appear on nails: calcium deficiency;

6. The palms are hot and sweet: hyperthyroidism;

7. The nails are milky white: the kidneys or liver are sick;

8. There are red spots on the palm: hepatitis or diabetes;

9. The nails are glassy: liver atrophy, tuberculosis;
