The main manifestations are itching, red papules, papules, blisters, nodules and scabs.

Senile scabies
The itching is serious, and there is no obvious inflammatory reaction due to the weak reaction to the sarcophagus.

Infantile scabies
It is difficult to find the "tunnel" and the sarcophagus. The rash is atypical, and it usually occurs on the head and face. The "tunnel" is light and light in color, faintly linear, with a slight redness and pink base, which is easy to be accompanied by blisters. It is easy to see insect spots through the stratum corneum, showing small white pimples. Children often have severe itching, which will seriously affect their sleep at night.

Nodular scabies
Also known as scabies nodules, it is more common in scrotum, buttocks, abdomen and thighs. It is reddish-brown nodule, itching, and the course of disease lasts for several months to 1 year before it gradually fades.

Norwegian scabies
Scabies, also known as scabies, is a serious scabies. This type of scabies was first reported in Norway on 1848, so it is called Norwegian scabies. It is an abnormal immune response, which mostly occurs in patients with weakness, psychosis, immunodeficiency and heavy use of corticosteroids. The clinical manifestations are mainly dry skin, scab, erythema, scaly plaque with hyperkeratosis, erosion, pustule, odor, dry hair, thick and twisted nails, swollen lymph nodes, thick scales, serious illness and strong infectivity. In addition, there are localized scabies.
