In 1970s, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) defined health care in the Magna Carta of World Health Care: "Health means not only that the body is free from diseases, but also that it has a complete physical and psychological state and social adaptability".

(4) Ability to adapt to society: The three characteristics of today's society are "speed, changeability and crisis", and the countermeasures are "learning, changing and starting a business". ?
2. Ten Standards of Health
(1) energetic, able to cope with the pressure of daily life without feeling too nervous, you can do anything you desire.
(2) Optimistic and positive, willing but responsible, strict with self-discipline, lenient with others;
(3) Strong adaptability and good adaptability to various changes in the environment;
(4) Resistant to common cold and infectious diseases;
(5) Weight standard, called body, all parts of the body are coordinated when standing.
(6) bright eyes, quick reaction and no inflammation;
(7) Hair is shiny, without dandruff or less;
(8) clean teeth, no teeth, no pain, normal gum color, no bleeding;
(9) Muscle and skin are elastic, and walking feels relaxed;
(10) Be good at rest and have a good sleep.
In 1992, the World Health Organization put forward four cornerstones of health in the Victoria Declaration:
Reasonable diet, moderate exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, psychological balance.
