Broccoli and egg porridge is relatively simple. The first step is to wash the whole grain rice and soak it for half an hour to an hour, so that the whole grain can fully absorb water. After soaking, don't pour out the water for soaking grain. Pour all into the rice cooker and select the porridge cooking function. The default is about one and a half hours. Note: Actually, I mainly use japonica rice, supplemented by brown rice, oat rice, sorghum rice and buckwheat rice. You can mix your own rice and use whatever rice you have. Porridge is all included.

Step 2: Wash broccoli and cut into pieces. One broccoli is enough for two or three people. Then break 2 eggs and add some water, about 2 spoonfuls. Add some salt, about half a teaspoon, and mix well.

Step 3: After the rice cooker cooks porridge 10 minutes, add eggs and broccoli and stir slowly with a spoon for several times. Then cover it and wait until the porridge is finished. Note: Don't cook broccoli and eggs for too long, or they will get old. You can call earlier or later according to the situation. My cooking here is just right.
