Healthy lifestyle design 1 semester 1/2 credits (online)

This is a personal fitness class, focusing on making a personal fitness plan and participating in:

Strength-weight training

Flexibility-Yoga and Pilates Program

Endurance-Walking and Aerobic Exercise

It uses pedometers and the Internet to make personal fitness plans and nutritional analysis. Discussing the latest fitness trends, activities and products should guide students to become educated consumers and participate in a suitable lifestyle. Textbooks suitable for life and personal health assessment will be used. After the first season, teachers will evaluate the registration situation. This course can replace the traditional physics education.

Community service project

Community service projects provide students with opportunities to serve volunteers in the community in their spare time. Students can be arranged to engage in clerical work, technical services, counseling, management services or other activities in schools. In addition, students can be arranged in the community to provide services in local libraries, enterprises, medical offices, government agencies or non-profit organizations. You can get credits after completing the volunteer placement agreement. Students can be recognized by a quarter of credit supervision service units every 50 hours.
