Society, schools and families should educate and help minors to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and enhance their awareness and ability of self-protection. Article 6 The Communist Youth League, women's federations, trade unions, disabled persons' federations, youth federations, student federations, young pioneers, committees for caring for the next generation, urban and rural grassroots mass autonomous organizations and other organizations shall play their respective roles, mobilize social forces, assist people's governments at all levels in the protection of minors and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Article 7 Any unit or individual has the right to report, accuse and complain against acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors to relevant departments and units; The relevant departments and units shall promptly deal with it according to law. Chapter II Family Protection Article 8 Parents or other guardians should learn family education knowledge, accept family education guidance, master family education and guardianship methods, create a good and harmonious family environment, and perform the following obligations to minors according to law:
(a) to provide necessary living, learning and medical conditions for minors;
(two) to impart knowledge and skills of family life and social life to minors, and encourage and support minors to participate in housework and social practice activities suitable for their age;
(3) Educate teenagers who have entered adolescence;
(4) Respecting the personal dignity of minors and protecting their privacy rights;
(five) to ensure that minors have time for rest, entertainment and sports activities;
(six) to protect the personal, property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of minors;
(seven) to prevent and stop minors from smoking, drinking, vagrancy, begging and other acts to prevent them from committing crimes;
(eight) as a legal representative to participate in litigation activities with minors as parties;
(nine) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.
Other adults in the family shall assist the parents or other guardians of minors in educating and protecting minors. Ninth parents or other personnel shall not commit the following acts:
Domestic violence against minors;
(2) maltreating or abandoning minors;
(3) Infant drowning and other infant drowning behaviors;
(4) Discrimination against female minors;
(5) Discrimination against disabled minors;
(6) Allowing and forcing minors receiving compulsory education to drop out of school;
(seven) forcing minors to busk and beg;
(eight) illegal occupation and disposal of minors' property;
(9) Allowing or forcing minors to get married;
(10) instigating, deceiving, coercing, conniving or letting minors commit crimes;
(eleven) forcing minors under the age of sixteen to work;
(twelve) other acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests and healthy growth of minors. Article 10 Parents or other guardians shall guide minors to use the Internet correctly, and prevent and stop minors from indulging in online and electronic games. Eleventh parents or other guardians should prevent infants from touching dangerous equipment and articles such as electrical appliances and gas; Guide minors to correctly use electrical appliances, gas and other equipment and articles that may endanger the safety of minors according to their age and cognitive ability; Give safety guidance to minors' outdoor activities; Minors under the age of seven shall not be left alone at home for a long time.
Parents or other guardians and other adult citizens shall pay attention to the safety of minors, and shall not leave minors alone in motor vehicles, and shall not arrange minors under the age of 12 to take the co-pilot position of motor vehicles. Article 12 If parents or other guardians are unable to perform guardianship duties for minors due to reasons such as going out to work, they shall entrust other adults with guardianship to take care of them, and inform the village (neighborhood) committees and schools where the minors live.
Parents should keep in constant contact with their minor children and entrusted guardians and care about their life, study and physical and mental health.
The client shall perform his guardianship duties according to law and inform the client and the school of the minors in a timely manner.
