Polyurethane-based, with good dimensional stability and long storage life; Excellent wear resistance and flexibility; Excellent shock absorption and anti-skid performance; Good temperature resistance; Good chemical resistance, etc. However, polyurethane base materials can be divided into encrypted polyurethane base materials and foamed polyurethane base materials.
The density of foamed polyurethane is lower than that of encrypted polyurethane, the foamed polyurethane is softer, the weight of foamed polyurethane is lighter, and the cost of foamed polyurethane is half that of encrypted polyurethane. Foamed polyurethane is not as bright as encrypted polyurethane; The abrasion resistance of foamed polyurethane is not as good as that of encrypted polyurethane.
The wear resistance of encrypted polyurethane soles is five times that of ordinary rubber soles, and the wear resistance of foamed polyurethane soles is half that of ordinary rubber soles.
Foamed polyurethane soles are used to make middle and low-grade leather shoes, sports shoes, casual shoes, middle and high-grade leather shoes, sports shoes, travel shoes and so on.
Properties of polyurethane substrate:
1. Polyurethane soles usually form various bubbles in production, which are elastic, light, wear-resistant, folding-resistant, oil-resistant, chemical-resistant and corrosion-resistant. PU shoe materials based on microporous polyurethane elastomer are soft to the touch, comfortable to wear, warm, elastic, shockproof and non-slip.
2. Polyurethane soles are divided into encryption type and foaming type. Encrypted polyurethane sole is light, moderate in hardness, hand-made, wear-resistant and durable, easy to maintain and not easy to break. Foamed polyurethane base is naturally soft because of its few components, but it is not wear-resistant and difficult to open. Once opened, it can't be repaired.
