Shanghai Jing 'an Temple, also known as Jing 'an Ancient Temple, was founded in the 10th year of Chiwu in Wu Dong during the Three Kingdoms Period (AD 247), with a history of 1700 years. It is a famous Buddhist temple with a long history, one of the national key Buddhist temples in Han areas, one of the ancient temples in Shanghai and a cultural relic protection unit in Shanghai.

Jing 'an Temple has a total construction area of 22,000 square meters.
