Hangzhou health code does not support the proxy function. "Hangzhou Health Code" can only be used normally based on smart phones and related application software. For the elderly and children who don't have smart phones, or those who can't apply for health codes for other objective reasons.
With valid certificates such as community pass, you can pass normally after temperature measurement, and you don't need to apply for "Hangzhou health code", so users without health code can travel normally, but they need to cooperate with staff to measure temperature.
