In accordance with the requirements of the leading group for handling the epidemic situation of Taian Municipal Committee, in order to comprehensively do a good job in the service guarantee of newly returned personnel in Hubei Province, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Relatives and employers of Hubei nationals, Shandong nationals staying in Hubei and those who have been to Hubei in the previous 14 days should declare their names, entry time, mode of transportation, health status and contact information to the local village or enterprise authorities at least three days before their arrival. Self-employed newcomers will register for the test at the centralized service point in the city at the first time.
2. When staying in a hotel or renting a house, the newly returned people in Hubei Province must take the initiative to declare and register with the business unit and the reception unit, and cooperate with the health examination. For temporary new arrivals due to work, business and other reasons, the reception unit or overnight hotel shall report to the township street 3 days in advance.
3. After all the recruits in Hubei Province arrive at the centralized service point, they should immediately undergo health examination and serum antibody and nucleic acid detection. For the organization of "peer-to-peer" chartered cars, the municipal health department will organize on-site centralized health testing.

5. After health examination, there are no suspicious symptoms and the test result is negative. The health certificate shall be issued by the leading group of the Municipal Party Committee for handling the epidemic situation, and villagers and units shall not restrict their stay and travel.
