Part number 1 cutting
Germany Haomai automatic sawing machine is controlled by computer and operated by man-machine integration. Input the data to be sawed on the touch screen, and the machine will run automatically, which can accurately cut the required plate. The operation is simple, the edge burst rate is low, the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is saved for the enterprise.
When cutting plates, each plate is affixed with an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code generated by Velon wood curing software as the exclusive "ID card" of each plate, in which the size, color and hole bitmap of this plate are stored, so as to deal with after-sales problems in the later installation process.
Part 2 Edge seal
Plate ring is not environmentally friendly and is closely related to edge sealing. As far as its function and structure are concerned, it not only plays the role of edge protection, waterproof, sealing formaldehyde release, reducing deformation, but also plays the role of beautification.
Bunny's whole house customization factory adopts automatic edge banding machine, and the edge banding machine and plate can be integrated, which ensures that the product quality maintains a very high level of stability and homogeneity standards, and the number of defective products and the staffing required for post-processing and polishing of products are greatly reduced. Part 3 Punching
Punching is the core part of custom-made wardrobe. The drilling equipment of German Haomai Machining Center adopts chip-free drilling technology, with controllable data and high precision, and the error can be controlled within 0.5 mm-1mm. Hot melt drill is made of hard alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. High rotating speed and proper axial thrust can quickly complete a drilling operation within 2-6 seconds.
Part 4 classification
The staff in the packaging workshop sorted the orders of finished cabinet plates according to the "packing list", including the inspection of plate appearance to see if there was any wear and tear and the inspection of hardware, which effectively reduced the error rate.
Part 5 Packaging
In the packaging process, the warehouse scans the code according to the "packaging barcode" and puts it into storage. The fully automatic packaging line of Industry 4.0 Workshop is customized and put into production, adopting brand-new equipment and technology to shorten the delivery cycle of goods, improve packaging efficiency and meet the demand of mass production.
