(two) the occupation qualification certificate or occupation skill grade certificate obtained by the employees belongs to the occupation (type of work) with skills shortage in our province, and the subsidy standard shall be implemented according to the standards stipulated in these Measures 10%. The occupation (type of work) in short supply shall be subject to the occupation (type of work) announced by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department.
