1 Language communication skills
Nurses' beautiful language can have a good positive effect on patients' psychological and physical rehabilitation, which is positive; On the other hand, nurses' abusive language will make patients rebellious towards treatment and various technical operations, and even refuse to accept their treatment or operations, resulting in serious negative reactions. A qualified nurse must learn language communication skills; Nurses should sympathize with patients, which is the basis of guiding patients to take the initiative to talk. There should be an open conversation so that the conversation between nurses and patients can go on smoothly, and amiable questions are the best way to break the deadlock. In the process of talking with patients, nurses should feed back what they understand to patients in time to improve their interest, such as answering "hmm", "right" and "yes" in time, which shows that nurses are listening carefully; When listening to the patient's conversation, we should be able to break the silence in the conversation. When a patient accuses a nurse, the nurse should not be excited and excuse, but should stand up and face injustice.
2. Pay attention to the expression of language
Language is a tool for human beings to communicate their thoughts and feelings, and the beautiful mind of nurses must be expressed through language. Nurse-patient communication skills are very important for patients' psychological influence. As the saying goes, "a good word warms three winters, and a bad word hurts people in June", which proves in clinical work that the language, attitude and expression of nurses directly affect patients' emotions. Talk with patients in sympathetic, considerate and caring language, and use civilized language regularly, such as saying hello to patients in the morning, using "please" and "thank you" when dealing with patients, and saying "sorry" when the service is poor due to busy work; Nurses' language should adhere to the principle of safeguarding patients' interests, care for patients, treat patients as relatives, pay attention to professional ethics, speak with patients in a measured way, don't say things that are not conducive to patients' health, let alone address patients with impolite names, and treat patients as normal people.
In a word, language communication is an art, and good communication is conducive to establishing a nurse-patient relationship of mutual understanding, mutual trust and mutual support. To master this art, nursing colleagues need to make continuous efforts and explore in practical work, so as to communicate smoothly with patients and achieve the best rehabilitation effect.
