6.2 Health requirements
Anyone suffering from one of the following diseases may not work in the pastry processing workshop: infectious hepatitis; Active pulmonary tuberculosis; Intestinal infectious diseases and carriers of intestinal infectious diseases; Purulent or exudative dermatoses and scabies; Hand trauma; Other diseases that hinder food hygiene.
6.3 Health education
New or temporary workers must receive health and safety education before taking part in work.
6.4 personal hygiene

6.4.2 Pastry processors must wear uniform work clothes, working caps and work shoes (socks) when entering the workshop; Hair must not be exposed; Work clothes and hats must be changed every day. Personal articles and accessories unrelated to production shall not be brought into the workshop.
6.4.3 Pastry processors are not allowed to wear work clothes, work caps and work shoes to enter places unrelated to production.
6.4.4 It is forbidden for all personnel to eat food, smoke, vomit and litter in the workshop.
6.4.5 Pastry processors should consciously abide by various health systems and develop good health habits; Before the operation, you must wash your hands and disinfect, and keep your clothes clean and tidy. Operators in West Point cold working workshop must wear masks.
6.5 When non-processing personnel are allowed to enter the pastry processing workshop, they must abide by the provisions of 6.4.2 of this specification.
