6. 1 health check

Pastry processing personnel and related personnel shall have health examination at least once a year, and accept temporary examination when necessary. New or temporary workers must have a health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can work.

The factory should establish employee health records.

6.2 Health requirements

Anyone suffering from one of the following diseases may not work in the pastry processing workshop: infectious hepatitis; Active pulmonary tuberculosis; Intestinal infectious diseases and carriers of intestinal infectious diseases; Purulent or exudative dermatoses and scabies; Hand trauma; Other diseases that hinder food hygiene.

6.3 Health education

New or temporary workers must receive health and safety education before taking part in work.

6.4.4 It is forbidden for all personnel to eat food, smoke, vomit and litter in the workshop.
