Healthy diet design

The principles to be followed are: have a full breakfast, eat well at lunch and eat less at dinner. The combination of meat and vegetables, reasonable exercise and psychological pleasure.

(Suggested) Breakfast: 1 boiled eggs, a glass of milk or a cup of soybean milk, and a piece of bread.

Lunch: one serving of rice (150g), one serving of fried shredded bamboo shoots with fungus (50g), one serving of Sichuan-style pork (50g) and one serving of kelp soup.

Dinner: one porridge and one steamed stuffed bun with vegetable meat (100g).
