So, I reiterated time and again: I just study psychology, but I can't read minds. Besides, whether there is mind-reading in this world is still unknown.
Psychology is just a discipline, and psychologists are just ordinary people. Everyone has secular desires, so psychologists will also encounter psychological problems. It's just that when I encounter some psychological problems, I usually know how to solve and avoid them better than you.
Survey data at home and abroad show that doctors' mental health is poor. Long working hours, shifts, irregular working hours, heavy work pressure, tense doctor-patient relationship, high work requirements and skills, scientific research and promotion requirements, etc. These are easy to cause psychological problems of doctors.
Seeing all kinds of medical disputes and all kinds of behaviors that hurt doctors, you feel very energetic, even Japanese, but we are afraid. If you were a doctor, you would be afraid, too. Therefore, we increasingly feel that becoming a doctor is more difficult than "walking on thin ice", which of course includes me as a psychologist.

I am a psychiatrist, and I spend most of my time with patients with mental conditions. My brain accepts their questions indiscriminately, whether I want to hear them or not. So, don't be surprised when I say I will have psychological problems. Many times, anxiety, depression, anger, irritability and other emotions will spread on me. I have to kill them myself, don't I?
In the outpatient clinic, I often meet patients or their families and ask me, "Doctor, do you have any psychological problems?" How do you solve psychological problems? "
Yes, this can be done; Of course there will be! Sometimes there are always some annoying things that I can't get over, I can't sleep and I can't eat, but whether it's work troubles or unhappiness in life, I have to think calmly about the consequences.
Calm down and solve it, just like me-
1. Remember, no matter what happens, don't go to extremes and think calmly about the solution. Think of yourself as your closest friend and talk to yourself when you are sad. That is to say to yourself silently: it's no big deal, everything will pass, come on, I can do it!
2. Give yourself a relaxed environment and space, and let yourself shout a few times. As the saying goes, shout out to decompress. It will be more comfortable to shout out all your grievances.
3. Find a girl or a buddy, someone you know, and talk about your helplessness and vicissitudes. Speak your mind, there will be unexpected surprises. If one doesn't work, then two. If you can't talk, then drink and sing.
