1. Ensure the appetite of lactating sows. If the sow has no appetite after delivery, it will seriously affect the milk production for several days. Loss of appetite is often caused by prenatal overfeeding of sows. Therefore, technical measures should be taken to reduce materials before delivery and gradually increase materials after delivery. According to the individual situation of sows, feed reduction is generally started 5 to 7 days before delivery, and particularly obese sows can also reduce feed before 7 days; Stop feeding on the day of delivery, drink bran water (1 bran,1water) 6-8 hours after delivery, and feed regularly for 3-5 days after delivery. Generally, materials shall be reduced 3 days before delivery, and1/3 per day; When the materials decrease 5 days before delivery, it will decrease by1/4 every day; When the feed is reduced 7 days before delivery, 1/3 is reduced every 2 days, and 1 kg is added on the first day, and gradually increased to 3.5 ~ 4 kg on the seventh day, and then adjusted after a week of stability. Practice has proved that improving the feed intake of sows during lactation is the key to improve the lactation yield of sows.
2. Feed green and juicy feed properly. After returning to normal feeding after delivery, sows should not only be fed with feed rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, but also be fed with green and juicy feed to stimulate lactation, so as to increase lactation. But the green and juicy feed must be fresh, and the feeding amount should be from less to more. Supplementing green feed at night can promote lactation more significantly. It can be added to feed to improve the quality of milk, increase the lactation of sows, and promote the normal eating of sows before and after delivery.
3. Supplement animal feed. Protein in animal feed contains many essential amino acids, which has high biological value. During the lactation period, feeding some fish meal and bean cake properly can improve the lactation yield of sows.
4. Supply enough clean drinking water. Sows need to secrete a lot of milk during lactation. Besides consuming a lot of nutrients, they also need to consume a lot of water, so clean drinking water should be fully supplied.
