The network environment includes the changes of national information policy, information management system, information system organization, users' information behavior and social culture caused by the infiltration and expansion of the network.
Network environment not only refers to the place where network resources and network tools interact, but also includes intangible forms such as learning atmosphere, learners' motivation, interpersonal relationship and teaching strategies. From the perspective of instructional design, network environment refers to the combination of network resources and network tools.
Basic elements of building a healthy network environment;
The concept of "digital learning environment" put forward by China scholar Li Kedong pays more attention to the physical composition of the environment. This learning environment has the characteristics of multimedia information display, network information transmission, intelligent information processing and virtual teaching environment, including the following basic components:
(1) facilities, such as multimedia computers, multimedia classroom networks, campus networks, Internet, etc.
(2) Resources, through digital processing, provide learners with diverse learning materials and learning objects that can be enjoyed globally;
(3) Platform, learning interface for learners and software system for online teaching activities;
(4) Communication to ensure remote consultation and discussion;
(5) Tools are learning tools for learners to construct knowledge, create practice and solve problems.
