Six cornerstones of health

The first cornerstone of psychological balance

Half of health is mental health, and half of disease is mental illness. "Reasonable diet accounts for 25%, proper exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction account for 25%. Some scholars have said: among all the unfavorable factors, the most unfavorable ones are bad emotions and bad moods, such as anxiety, fear, greed, cowardice, jealousy and hatred. People should pursue, but not be demanding. They should change what can be changed and accept what cannot be changed. When things cannot be changed, we can change our situation by changing our attitude.

The four pleasures in life are good medicine. Help others when you are proud, enjoy yourself when you are frustrated, be content when you are generally happy, and enjoy it when you encounter difficulties. Help others when you have the ability, be content when you live a normal life, and learn to be kind to yourself when you are in adversity.

The second cornerstone is to give up smoking and limit alcohol.

The third cornerstone is a reasonable diet.

Reduce high-fat foods, especially eat more vegetables.

People's health is like the maintenance of a dam. When the leakage is first discovered, it can be stopped with little force, and it will take a lot of manpower and material resources to recover when the dam breaks.

The sixth cornerstone is a clean environment.
