In the implementation of the phased housing subsidy policy, the New Deal pointed out that the government and enterprises should be encouraged to make two-way efforts to carry out activities to enrich the people and live in peace. The government introduced a subsidy policy for housing purchase and settlement, and enterprises supported preferential measures for group purchase.

Real estate enterprises interested in participating in this activity, please report to the county housing and construction bureau for the sale of new commercial housing to participate in the activity and build a "mobile housing pool" within the specified time. When applying for housing, real estate enterprises should lock the price according to "one room, one price", and the declared price should be controlled below the filing price, and shall not exceed the highest unit price of the real estate sales in June-August 2022; The declared price of newly opened buildings shall not exceed 90% of the filing price.

According to the regulations, natural persons who purchase new commercial housing included in the "mobile housing pool" can enjoy the following subsidy policies according to specific conditions:

First, enjoy the deed tax subsidy for house purchase. Chun 'an County subsidizes the purchase of new commercial housing according to the amount of 80% of the deed tax. The amount of subsidy is limited to the local retained part of the deed tax actually paid, and the maximum subsidy for a single set does not exceed 30,000 yuan.

The second is to enjoy housing subsidies. The purchase of new commercial housing in Chun 'an County is subsidized by 200 yuan/m2, with a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan.

The third is to support the demand for rigid housing purchase. Those who buy the first set of newly-built commercial housing in Chun 'an County will be subsidized according to 300 yuan/square meter, and the maximum subsidy for a single set will not exceed 50,000 yuan.

The fourth is to support the demand for improved home purchase. Chun 'an household registration personnel and non-Chun 'an migrants who have obtained residence permits, and two-child and three-child families with children under the age of 18 (as of August 3, 2022/day), if they buy new commercial housing in Chun 'an County, they will give the two-child families a housing subsidy of 100 yuan/square meter; Three-child family allowance 200 yuan/m2.

The fifth is to support young people to buy a house. For graduates with bachelor's degree or above who come to Chun 'an for employment and entrepreneurship (social security of this county is required), Chun 'an County gives 200 yuan /m2 a housing subsidy for the first time, with a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan.

The sixth is to attract foreigners to settle down. Non-county household registration personnel who purchase new commercial housing for the first time in Chun 'an County will be given a housing subsidy of 200 yuan/m2, with a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan.

The seventh is to organize group purchase concessions. Real estate enterprises, taking real estate as a unit, give preferential treatment to groups in the "mobile housing pool" to buy new commercial housing, of which groups buy 5 sets or more, with a preferential margin of 2%; 10 sets and above 3%; Group purchase of more than 20 sets will drop by 4%; Group purchase of more than 50 sets will be reduced by 5%.

The New Deal shows that the above subsidies can be enjoyed cumulatively. The subsidy policy shall take effect from the date when the document is issued, and shall end on June 65438+February 3, 20221.

In terms of increasing financial support for housing purchase, the New Deal proposes to accurately implement differentiated housing credit policies, implement down payment ratio and interest rate pricing according to the minimum standards within the scope of policy permission, accelerate mortgage lending, and further support urban and rural residents' just-needed and improved housing purchase needs.

At the same time, if an employee's family has no room and buys ordinary self-occupied housing for the first time to apply for housing provident fund loans, the maximum amount of family loans will rise by 20%.

Optimize the layout of urban functions, speed up the supporting construction of education, medical care, commerce, sports and leisure life in Pingshan and Pearl Peninsula residential areas, and start the construction of nine-year compulsory education schools in Pearl Peninsula. Promote the organic renewal of the old residential areas in the old city, advocate the choice of monetary resettlement during the shed reform and relocation, enhance the ability of relocated households to improve their living conditions, and encourage the purchase of new commercial housing for resettlement.
