What is the normal value of B-ultrasound examination of liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas?

Due to individual differences and the influence of inspection instruments, the normal values measured by different primary treatment units are different. The following normal values can be used as a reference.

Liver: The maximum thickness of the right lobe of the liver is 1 1- 13cm, the length of the right lobe of the liver is 6-8cm, and the top thickness of the left lobe of the liver is 3-5cm. 0-3 cm below xiphoid process.

Spleen: the length is 7 7- 10/0cm, the thickness is 205-3.5cm, and the internal diameter of splenic vein is less than 0.6.

Bile duct: the inner diameter of intrahepatic bile duct

Portal vein diameter: the diameter of portal vein trunk is1-1.3cm.

Pancreas: thickness of pancreatic head1.6-3.4cm, thickness of pancreatic body1.0-1.6cm, and inner diameter of pancreatic duct < 0.3cm.
