The busy May has finally passed. In May this year, we held a series of activities called "5.25 Mental Health Culture Festival". Including "Are you happy?" Photo exhibition, micro-story contest, group psychological consultation, "Top Ten" psychological peer counselors selection, fun games and other activities.
May is a busy month and a harvest month. We have gained happiness in the "Are you happy" photo exhibition and micro-story contest; In the selection of "Top Ten and Best" psychological peer counselors, it was affirmed; In the fun game, I gained friendship, enthusiasm and happiness. Among these activities, our activity is "5.25 Mental Health Culture Festival-Want to be happy, let happiness spread" held on May 2 1 day. This activity is divided into four sections, namely, psychological knowledge quiz, psychological measurement, psychological counseling and psychological games.
In the question-and-answer session of psychological knowledge, we put 90 questions prepared in advance on the wall, and then send them to students with sticky notes, so that they can copy the questions they want to answer on the sticky notes, then write the answers at the back, and finally get the prizes for the answers from the staff. Because the questions we prepared are very interesting, involving a wide range and relatively simple, which aroused great interest of the students. Everyone participated very enthusiastically, and everyone got a prize. Some students even answered 70-80 questions correctly and won all three prizes. It can also be seen from here that everyone's extracurricular knowledge is very rich.
The second link is psychological measurement. We invited 12 seniors and sisters who received psychological counseling to measure the students and answer the measurement results. Many students attended the meeting. Through six sets of tests, such as stress test, love view test and anxiety test, students are more aware of their recent psychological situation and get valuable opinions from their seniors and sisters. Because they are peers, many students have opened their hearts, expressed their anguish and eased their mood. Even after the activity, some people are taking measurements and leaving contact information with their seniors and sisters.
The third link is psychological counseling. We invited four psychology teachers to give advice to the students. Teachers made accurate and professional analysis and answers through the descriptions of their classmates. The teacher's psychological analysis of the counselor is very accurate and gives many effective suggestions. After receiving the consultation, the students all felt that they had benefited a lot.
The fourth link is psychological games. This link has our cooperation with the psychological association. This link includes three small games, namely, tacitly sticking nose, whirlwind basketball and patchwork. In these simple and interesting games, students forget the pressure of study and the troubles of life and devote themselves to the game. Although our game is simple, it makes students feel the joy of playing games in childhood.
In this way, we ended the activity of "5.25 Mental Health Culture Festival" in a busy and happy way. In this month, we have the figure of practicing interesting sports games on the track and field in the morning; There are our happy smiling faces in the photo; There are scenes where we sweat profusely when we decorate the venue; I am very pleased to see the smiling faces of my classmates. This activity is generally successful, but there are also many shortcomings, such as not enough printed questions and not many people willing to participate. We will also sum up lessons and learn from them, and do better next time!

Third, the symposium of psychological teachers in brother schools
At 2: 00 p.m.10, Ms. Z, a psychologist from the Academy of Educational Sciences, and psychological teachers from sister schools such as Changjun and Yali came to our school to guide mental health education.
