2. Actively carry out nucleic acid detection.
Those who return to Hunan from provinces where local cases have been reported need to enter Hunan within 48 hours with a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection, and conduct nucleic acid detection again within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan, and conduct self-health monitoring 14 days.
Before March 15, 2022, people who entered and returned to Hunan without local case reports also need to have negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
