Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients. Shanghai health certificate can be obtained at the local centers for disease control and prevention. Laborers engaged in operations exposed to occupational hazards shall undergo health examination before taking up their posts, and if they meet the requirements, they shall be issued with health certificates. Legal basis: Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Preventive Health Examination in People's Republic of China (PRC), the inspected unit shall submit the list of inspected personnel to the health supervision institution in accordance with the regulations, and the inspected unit shall be responsible for establishing personal health records.
