How to be a healthy vegetarian?

I am a vegetarian. It's been over 900 days.

Diet should be diversified.

Black sesame, red dates, all kinds of nuts, all kinds of mushrooms, bean products, black tea, fruits, anything can be eaten.

Vegetarian diet accelerates aging. I think it's fake. My friends are all vegetarians, younger than their peers.

I have seborrheic dermatitis myself, and I can't cure it. I've basically recovered since I became a vegetarian.

Colleagues also say that my skin is very good.
