Notes for Full-time Postgraduates of Henan Polytechnic University in 2022;
Dear students:
Hello everyone! In order to ensure the safe and orderly registration of students in the fall semester of 2022, the Notice on the Registration of Full-time Postgraduates of Grade 2022 of Henan Polytechnic University (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) is hereby sent to you, please read it carefully and strictly implement it.
Admission time
According to the relevant requirements of college students in Henan province to arrive at school in batches at the wrong time, the full-time graduate students of our school are scheduled to report for duty on Sunday, September 4.
Specific registration arrangements and requirements will be notified to each student in advance by each college. Students who have not received the specific registration notice should not report. All graduate students must strictly implement the relevant arrangements of the school and the notification requirements of the college, and shall not report in advance without authorization.
Admission conditions
1. Postgraduates from epidemic-free areas and low-risk areas (see Note * for the classification of high-risk, medium-risk, low-risk and epidemic-free areas in this article) have been monitored at home for 7 days, and their health codes are green codes, so there is no "delayed schooling" listed in Article 2 below. With the personal application and approval of the college, they can only arrive within 48 hours before boarding or boarding the plane with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test.
2. The following graduate students can drop out of school or report to the school upon their own application and the approval of the college.
If my health code is not green, I will not report it for the time being;
2 I am in isolation and home health monitoring according to the territorial regulations, and I will not report for the time being;
③ Postgraduates who have one of the clinical symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, decreased taste and smell will not report to the school for the time being. After treatment without symptoms, you can report to the school with your health code green code and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding or riding.
(4) Within 7 days before the start of school, those who have a history of living in the street where the high-risk area is located or a history of local case reports will not report for the time being. After the area is reduced to a low-risk area, I can only report to the school after applying according to the relevant regulations and being approved by the college, with my health code green code and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding or boarding;
⑤ Graduate students who have not completed isolation and health monitoring abroad or after entry will not report for the time being;
⑥ According to the latest epidemic prevention and control policy in China, combined with the daily survey results of graduate students and health information files, other graduate students who are considered by the college to be unqualified for registration will not report for the time being.
3. Postgraduates who have suspended their registration, if they really need to register in advance, can arrive at Coke first after personal application and approval by the college. The college supervises graduate students to complete off-campus isolation and health monitoring according to the territorial prevention and control policy before entering the campus.
Note *:
1. High-risk area: refers to the residence of cases and asymptomatic infected persons, as well as areas with frequent activities and high risk of epidemic spread, subject to the designation of government departments.
2. Medium risk area: refers to the area where cases and asymptomatic infected people stay and flow within a certain period of time, and there may be the risk of epidemic spread, which shall be subject to the designation of government departments.
3. Low-risk area: refers to other areas in the county (city, district, banner) where the middle-high risk area is located.
4. Epidemic-free areas: refers to counties (cities, districts and banners) that do not contain medium and high-risk areas.
Students who do not have the above situation should report to the school in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the requirements of this notice after receiving the specific notice of registration from the college.
Students who have the above situation must truthfully report to their college counselors at the first time. According to the health code, travel card, daily health report of graduate students and usual investigation, the college determines to suspend graduate registration (list) and informs graduate students to suspend registration.
Graduate students who do not meet the admission requirements or cannot arrive at school on time due to other special circumstances need to go through the leave formalities with their college in advance. According to the actual situation, the school will ensure that they complete the corresponding learning tasks through online teaching.
Report preparation
1. Truthfully report personal health information. Students are required to truthfully fill in the health status registration form (referred to as "health card") of graduate students who arrived at Henan Polytechnic University in the fall of 2022. Students who report normally must bring their health certificate (paper version) to report.
2. Before the graduate students report, they should punch in the school-enterprise WeChat-"Student Health Daily" platform every day to report their personal situation. At the same time, fill in the relevant information carefully through the "Enterprise WeChat"-"Students' Going Out/Returning to School Information Filling" system, record the travel trajectory truthfully, and send the screenshots of "Health Code" and "Travel Card" to the counselor. All colleges conduct audits in strict accordance with the registration conditions.
3. Do a good job in reporting itinerary planning and goods preparation. After receiving the school registration notice, please take good care of it, report to the school in strict accordance with the time specified in the school registration notice, arrange the itinerary reasonably, prepare appropriate masks and other supplies, and do not report in advance without authorization.
