Notice of Yuxi Municipal Bureau of Justice on Receiving 202 1 Legal Professional Qualification Certificate
Yuxi City 202 1 The legal professional qualification certificate (hereinafter referred to as the "certificate") has been completed for those who passed the national unified legal professional qualification examination and were granted legal professional qualification after examination by the Ministry of Justice. According to the work arrangement of the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial Department of Justice, combined with the current situation and requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, Yuxi Municipal Bureau of Justice will organize the issuance of this certificate from April 25, 2022. The relevant work of obtaining the certificate is hereby notified as follows:
I. Date and place of centralized issuance of certificates
(1) Time: April 26th to May 7th, 2022 (excluding holidays).
8: 30 am-12: 00 am, and14: 30 am-18: 00 pm.
(2) Location: Legal Service Hall, 1st floor, Yuxi Judicial Bureau, Nanxiang Road 10, Hongta District, Yuxi City.
Two, the "certificate" to receive the submission materials
(a) my valid identity card;
(two) the legal professional qualification application acceptance form;
(3) Health Code of Yunnan Province (see Annex1);
(4) Communication big data travel card (see Annex 2).
Third, the job requirements
(1) Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
1. The applicant for the certificate must cooperate with "Yunnan Anti-epidemic" to scan the code for entry and exit, and there must be no accompanying personnel during the application process. Only I can go to the site to handle it.
2. If the applicant's "Yunnan Health Code" certification result is green code, and "travel itinerary" shows that he will or will not pass through high-risk areas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreign countries and regions in the future, he can apply for a permit after showing it to the staff. In accordance with the relevant notification requirements issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 City, Yuxi City, the applicant actively cooperated with the staff to take epidemic prevention and detection measures such as wearing masks, measuring body temperature, disinfection and epidemic prevention, and waiting in line at intervals of 1 m or more.
3. During the certification period, if the applicant has abnormal symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, our bureau will deal with them in strict accordance with the standard procedures for epidemic prevention and control, and the applicant's certificate will be postponed.
4. If the certificate applicant has one of the circumstances specified in Annex 3, it is not within the scope of this centralized certification. After ensuring good health, he will contact himself to get the certificate.
(2) accountability system
If the applicant refuses to comply with the arrangement of the on-site staff and refuses to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures, the certificate will not be issued. If the applicant conceals his illness, itinerary, contact history and residence, forcibly enters and exits the office, disrupting the order of the office or causing serious consequences, he shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
(3) Other requirements
1. The legal professional qualification certificate is collected by myself, and no one else may collect it on his behalf.
2. If it is really difficult to get it on time, you can contact the Yuxi Municipal Bureau of Justice separately and make an appointment to get it at another time.
