1. working attitude: the average age of nurses and shift nurses in our department is 23-25 years, and the working time is basically 1-2 years. They are young and junior. Zhang Jie, the oldest nurse in day shift, is 50 years old this year. Only one nurse is in charge. Without intermediate strength, echelon construction can't keep up. The task of bringing the old and the new must be undertaken by the only nurse in charge and my head nurse. The head nurse is called the manager in Hong Kong and the housekeeper in the Mainland. Even if the door lock was broken and the toilet was blocked, she called the head nurse to solve the problem. These routine work takes up more than half of the time, plus the quality control work of Corey and the hospital, there is really not much time to bring new people. Most of them use bedside shift time and ward round time to ask questions to new nurses, and then do some appropriate expansion and explain some professional knowledge. Our qualified nurses have contributed to other levels of training and nursing teaching. Fortunately, nurses have a positive working attitude and a strong desire to learn, and never care about personal gains and losses. The little sisters cooperated tacitly. As long as the job requires, there are no conditions, whether it is business studies in Corey or college, to ensure that they will arrive as soon as they receive the notice. Be able to correctly understand and accept the criticism and correction of superior leaders.
Nurses' working attitude is also reflected in obedience to distribution. In April this year, during the 100-day national security inspection, the most serious illness occurred in our department. In order to support icu work, the best nurses in our department are seconded to icu to support the work of brother departments. The mobile ward was established, and in less than a month, two nurses came to our department. At the same time, another head nurse was transferred to orthopedics, and there was another person in our department, so we couldn't be on duty independently! The shortage of manpower can be imagined, but our nurses have no complaints, taking the deployment of superior personnel as their mission, and they have done it: the enemy is at present, and the overall situation is the most important! All staff have given up their rest time, and those who work overtime can complete the work tasks of this shift. During this period, the most serious patients in the A-stream ward were transferred to our ward after the A-stream was ruled out, and they were seriously ill one after another. Angels are tired and haggard, and sometimes night nurses work 16 hours to get home safely from work! I am always ready: whenever young nurses encounter technical problems, whenever they receive a call for help, they will go to the department immediately.
This year, our hospital implemented the paid vacation system, which is good news for employees, but it is a problem for department managers. In addition to annual leave, there are three people in our department taking wedding leave this year, plus sick leave, seconded personnel and newcomers who can't be on duty independently. Let me make a preliminary statistics: it is equivalent to one and a half people who have been resting for a year, but our patients have increased by more than 300 people compared with last year. The workload can be imagined! In the second half of this year, when our new ward was renovated and moved, the director was not there. I'm really afraid that Corey will make a mistake in an extraordinary period-how to move this house is a big brain hole! In those days, I couldn't sleep every day, sleeping like an open eye. Our nurse is really cute. During the two days of moving, I went to various departments: seeing things, moving things, following cars, putting things away and being on duty. Just like their own family moving, they don't ask for leave when they are sick, and insist on going to work for fear that I will get angry in a hurry, so that all our patients can arrive at the new ward safely.

2, three basics and three strictness: When it comes to this topic, the mood is always very complicated. Everyone actively participated in theoretical study and technical examination organized by hospitals, nursing departments and departments. It's just that every time I greet the examination, I look at the helpless eyes of the children, as if my nerves are going to collapse, which makes me the head nurse particularly distressed! They are all afraid of affecting the acceptance and performance of hospitals and departments. Every time I see them like this, I comfort them: what to do is a matter of our ability, and no matter how hard we try. As long as we try our best, the leaders will understand and won't blame you. Paying so much attention to inspection shows that we are serious and responsible for the hospital. Relax, we are the seven fairies! But to tell the truth: as far as technical operation is concerned, the nurses are doing well, but as far as theoretical knowledge and the ability to meet the examination are concerned, young nurses are definitely not dominant. I am really not sure! However, after this year's efforts, everyone's progress is still obvious: in the first quarter of the theoretical examination, four people failed; Now, one and a half years failed the theoretical examination, and the passing rate is still improving; And this year, four nurses in our department were selected by the hospital assessment team to teach nurses in the hospital, which gave great encouragement to young nurses! As for the training times of "three basics and three strictness", I think the accurate figures are definitely false, and they are counted according to the plan at the beginning of the year. I think our training is going on anytime and anywhere, and it is impossible to count them. "One-on-one" make-up classes are also common, so I don't count this number. I don't think it has any practical significance.
3. Understand the content of the core system in practice: Many new nurses don't understand the meaning of "system" and only stay at the level of rote memorization. I don't know its binding function and guiding function, but I just master it mechanically. This year, I changed my way. The content of administrative rounds is mainly to check the implementation of the core system in my work. Then explain the problem and learn to use it. This way has changed the way of thinking of nurses. This year, after the three pamphlets "Standards and Norms of Nursing Work in Liaoning Province" were issued, new contents such as "Wrist Band Marking System" were added, which made the work more interesting.
Second, enhance legal awareness.
Nursing risk management is an important part of nursing management. We have spent a lot of energy and time in this regard this year. Because there are many new nurses, I am most afraid of the situation that "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers". In order to cultivate strict work habits for them, members of the quality control team strengthened quality control, nip in the bud, and implemented the rectification measures of "rewarding the excellent and punishing the poor". Those who make mistakes and fail the exam will be disqualified from selecting excellent nurses. In view of the practical experience of department management and my participation in the quality control of hospital form group, I have written two papers on the writing of nursing medical records this year: "Talking about the writing of nursing medical records from the inversion of burden of proof" has been published in the national core journal, and the article "Application of nursing procedures in the writing of nursing medical records" has been recommended to the academic paper center of local medical association. In this paper, I mentioned some problems that were not mentioned in the writing standard. If I can get the approval of my colleagues, it will be an innovation and gain in this respect in the past year. Nursing medical record is an important legal document, which is related to the result of proof. "Pressure sore" itself is a nursing defect. How to prevent and treat it? As the leader of the "pressure sore" management team, I contacted the relevant departments of internal and surgical departments in time, and the leaders of the nursing department also invested a lot of energy in this area, which made our nursing concept in this area constantly updated and methods increased, and achieved good results. Over the past year, there has been no case of pressure sore in our department, which came in from the hospital. Through careful nursing, it has also improved. This is a rare achievement for a large department with so many bedridden patients like us!
Only with specific norms and requirements can nurses have guidelines. Only when nurses know what is right can they make fewer mistakes and not make mistakes! It sounds like nonsense, but it is my experience and summary in the past year. Our nurses lack legal knowledge, so they lack legal awareness. Therefore, "learning" is very necessary. Hold a branch once a month to analyze the existing problems and hidden dangers, which greatly improves the legal awareness of nurses. They often feel suddenly enlightened: alas, if this happens, the consequences will be so serious! The spirit of prudence and independence has increased, and the children have grown up. Over the past year, our department has not had a dispute or an appeal, which is really gratifying!
Thirdly, humanistic care is reflected in the works.
The satisfaction rate of patients exists in the process of nurse-patient communication to a great extent. Many nurse-patient disputes emphasize an attitude problem. Professional emotion requires us to "empathize". We put this work into the work of "health education". When explaining health knowledge to patients and their families, we should pay attention to "people-oriented", communicate in many ways and pay attention to effect evaluation. Only when the effect is achieved can patients feel your sincerity and gain their cooperation and trust. Over the past year, the coverage rate of health education has been 100%, and the effect is satisfactory. Nurse-patient communication is good, humanistic care is reflected in the work, and the ward is always filled with a harmonious atmosphere.
Fourth, ward management
I think there are relatively many problems in this respect. Because in the nurse's mind, ward management is the head nurse's job, which has little to do with himself and ignores this responsibility. So once the head nurse is away on holidays and weekends, the ward is particularly messy. The newly promulgated "Standards and Norms of Nursing Work in Liaoning Province" clearly points out that the handover and successor * * * patrol the wards to be clean, quiet and safe! This tells nurses that nurses' participation in ward management is the content and requirement of the handover system. This work will be put forward as the focus of next year's work in the plan, and specific work requirements will be put forward for nurses.

Five, strengthen training, improve quality
