If you go to Qingdao, but not to Laixi Huangdao, will the health code carry a star code?

Not necessarily.

If you pass through a high-risk area in China, but the stay time is less than 4 hours, then the travel itinerary code will not be marked with an asterisk. For example, if you go to Qingdao by car or by car, as long as your stay time is less than 4 hours, the travel itinerary code will not be marked with an asterisk.

A city name marked with * (asterisk) indicates that there are medium-risk or high-risk areas in the cities you have visited in the past 14 days, but this does not mean that you have actually been to these medium-high risk areas.
