During the period of1week, the people who go out and return home in the whole city are required to minimize outdoor activities, not to go out, not to gather, not to have dinner, not to go to crowded places, to carry out independent health monitoring such as temperature measurement every day, and to report to the street community in time if any abnormality is found, and to do personal protection when going out.
1. People coming to Lanzhou and returning from Lanzhou in high-risk areas in China must implement centralized isolation medical observation measures 14 days;
2. People who travel to and from Lanzhou in medium-risk areas must implement 14-day home health monitoring measures;
3. It is suggested that people from low-risk areas outside the province should monitor their self-health at home for 7 days, take the initiative to report to the street community, and do four free nucleic acid tests on 1, 3, 5 and 7 days;
4. People who traveled from different cities and states in the province reported to the street community voluntarily, and did two free nucleic acid tests on/kloc-0 and 3.
