Click "?" In the upper left corner of the screen. Icon, and select "About this computer".
Click System Report and select Power from the menu on the left.
Locate the "Health Information" section and look for the items "Cycle Time" and "Status".
Cycle Times: Indicates how many battery cycles your MacBook has experienced, and the "Status" entry will show the current health status of your battery.
If the battery is in good condition, the "Status" entry will show "OK". If the condition is not good, it may display "replacement soon" or "maintenance required".
It should be noted that the number of cycles is an indicator of battery usage. The more cycles, the more charging cycles the Mac battery experiences. It is recommended to replace the battery of the MacBook after the battery is fully charged 1000 times.
