If you want to make bread and cakes, you must apply for more licenses:
1. Document:
Business license (industrial and commercial administration).
Tax Registration Certificate (Local Taxation Bureau).
Health permit (local health bureau).
Emission permit (local environmental protection bureau).
Fire permit (local fire brigade).
Personal health certificate (local health bureau).
If you don't make your own bread, you don't need to hire a chef. You can just be a salesperson. Or you can do it yourself. The bakery does not stipulate that pastry chefs must have professional certificates before they can take up their posts.
3. If you only sell and don't produce, you can only buy aseptic display cabinets, freezers, ultraviolet disinfection lamps and microwave ovens. If you want to make your own bread, you must buy it in addition to the above items. The stainless steel console is usually called a panel.
