The China Committee for the Care of the Next Generation (hereinafter referred to as the China Working Committee) is a mass work organization approved by the CPC Central Committee, with retired veteran comrades who are enthusiastic about the work of the next generation as the main body and leaders of relevant party and government departments and mass organizations participating, with the aim of caring, educating and cultivating the healthy growth of young people. People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Protection of Minors Article 2 Minors mentioned in this Law refer to citizens under the age of 18.
