Do not have the conditions of home isolation medical observation, the implementation of centralized isolation medical observation; People living in low-risk areas (that is, other areas of the county where high-risk areas are located) were examined for nucleic acid twice every three days. During the period of health management, don't meet, don't have dinner, don't go to key public places with closed space and dense people, and avoid taking public transportation; Other non-high-risk, low-risk areas (including Xinjiang) have a residence history, and pass the temperature measurement+negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours (within 24 hours of entry into Urumqi, Xinjiang)+health code check+landing nucleic acid. Check nucleic acid twice every 3 days, and put it into normal management after no abnormality.
Five, direct entry personnel, the implementation of "five days of centralized isolation+three days of home isolation" measures. Indirect entry personnel who have completed medical observation at the first entry point will not be subject to repeated quarantine control after arriving in Ukraine. If the home has not ended for 3 days, follow-up control measures shall be completed, and centralized isolation shall be implemented for those who do not have the conditions for home isolation.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
