The first action is to lift the eyebrows, which mainly depends on the movement and contraction function of the forehead and abdomen of the occipital frontalis muscle;
The second action is to close your eyes, mainly relying on the contraction function of orbicularis oculi muscle;
The third action is to shrug the nose, mainly relying on the contraction function of the zygomatic upper lip muscle;
The fourth action, showing teeth, is mainly completed by the movement and contraction of zygomatic muscle, levator pollicis muscle and smiling muscle;
The fifth movement, gesture with lips, is mainly accomplished through the movement and contraction of orbicularis oris muscle;
The sixth movement, buccal drum, is mainly accomplished by the movement of orbicularis oris muscle and buccal muscle. Practice the above set of movements 2-3 times a day.
