Should people accept mediocrity?
I find it difficult to learn, even if it is difficult to accept many times, including myself, just like my career and family. The younger we are, the harder it is to accept mediocrity, because we are unconsciously comparing ourselves with others, with your classmates, with your friends, with your colleagues and even with your neighbors. Everyone naturally needs the recognition and praise of others, so when we face some life or work that we hope to achieve, when we face a life that is compared with others, and there is no chic of others, this non-mediocrity mentality will begin to work in our hearts. In fact, why do old people who have passed half a century rarely have such an idea? On the one hand, we are young, on the other hand, we are experienced. When we have experienced many things, from illness and accidents to life and death, we will all grow up once. When our hearts mature, we will know what kind of life we are pursuing. I can accept mediocrity, but I don't accept going with the flow. I prefer to live a hard and full life, and always love the people I love, our parents. Therefore, even if the living conditions are not very rich and the job position is not very high, peace and health may be more important than wealth. What we see in other people's lives is one-sided, because we can't see the troubles behind them. Maybe we just saw the extraordinary side. Some admire, others envy. In fact, mediocrity appears because of the word excellent, so there is no mediocrity, and everyone is excellent. So why not use the word excellent? So I think it is enough to satisfy my present, hard-working, happy life, peace and health, even if it is mediocre.
