The main peak is located in zhouzhi county, with an altitude of 2604 meters. Couplet: "Happiness is like flowing water in the East China Sea, and you will live longer than Nanshan."

On August 23rd, 2009, when I was working in Beijing, I went to Xi on business. After handling official business, I had breakfast with a few friends of Xi 'an and a group of five people, and drove to Zhong Nanshan, Qinling, to meet Master Guo Xuan of Kannonji.
The car sped on the road, looking at the magnificent scenery of Qinling outside the window, but my mood was quite calm. About Zhong Nanshan, the impression only exists in Jin Yong's profound pen, the poet's ethereal quip and a few words from his friends. I've always wanted to have a chance to really explore and appreciate.
There are mountains along the way, and birds are singing and flowers are fragrant. The eyes are green and the stream is crystal clear. The car turned over one mountain after another, and the mountains were connected, with no end in sight. The mountain road is steep, and other vehicles are rarely seen along the road. I'm a little afraid of getting lost in the mountains.
"There are Buddhist temples and Guanyin three Buddhas in the mountains. It is quiet and quiet, and you can also see the world of mortals. " Kannonji, Zhong Nanshan is located 3 kilometers into the mountain at Fengyukou, which is close to the mountains and waters.
Kannonji is located in the seclusion and monasticism place of practitioners in past dynasties. Han Xiangzi, one of the famous "Eight Immortals" in history, once cultivated immortals here, adding cultural flavor to the temple.

On Guanyin Mountain behind the Buddhist temple, there is a three-sided Guanyin statue of white marble with a height of 16, which looks holy and solemn, and looks down on all beings with kind eyes, which makes people worship! It has become a symbol of Buddhism in Zhong Nanshan. The 10,000 Guanyin statues enshrined in Guanyin Pavilion have different expressions and are sacred and solemn, which is really rare in China.
At 9 o'clock in the morning, I arrived at the Buddhist temple and met the long-admired Master Guo Xuan.

Since becoming a monk, Master Guo Xuan has paid attention to personal practice, regardless of fame and fortune, lived a simple life, paid equal attention to farming and Zen, purified temple affairs, and took the lead in everything in an orderly way.
Based on the bodhisattva's feelings of "enduring the decline of the holy religion and the sufferings of all beings", the master initiated bodhicitta, actively practiced the "human Buddhist thought", explored and promoted Buddhist culture, made contributions to building a harmonious society, and refrained from purity, which was deeply loved by the four disciples.
Under the leadership of Master Guo Xuan, the abbot of Kannonji, we will carry forward the fine Buddhist tradition of attaching equal importance to patriotism, education, agriculture and Zen Buddhism, and actively carry forward the Buddhist culture in Zhong Nanshan with monasteries as the carrier.
Buddhist monasteries have established the purpose of "promoting Buddhism with culture, cultivating talents with education, repaying society with charity, and purifying people's hearts with practice". Hold all kinds of * * * practice meetings all the year round, and adhere to the normal religious life such as chanting in the morning and evening, fasting in class, chanting at a glance, and attending summer schools in winter.
Zhao Puchu, the former president of the Buddhist Association, had hoped that people in the Buddhist community would love it and "build a paradise on earth first". Master Guo Xuan remembered and actively practiced this sentence. She and her disciples founded an orphan school called "Ci 'ai" next to Mituo Temple in Ganxian County, which provided an environment for nearly 400 children who lost their parents to learn and grow up healthily.
She has helped countless lonely old people and treated more than 20,000 people after busy Buddhist activities. Over the past few years, she has collected dozens of tons of poverty-relief clothes for poverty-stricken areas and disaster-stricken areas and sent more than one million yuan in poverty-relief funds.
She led her disciples to change the tradition that monks in monasteries lived on state funds and alms, and went out of the temple gate, filled ditches and plowed fields, grew grain and vegetables, developed orchards and made their own living.
In the master's study, we tasted snacks, dried fruits and corn made by the temple, talked with Master Guo Xuan about life, enlightened ourselves, consciously felt him, and listened to the philosophy and wisdom of life.
Chatting until noon, I went up the mountain with my master to check the construction of the Buddhist temple, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the south, Kannonji and sightseeing among the elegant flowers and trees of the Buddhist temple to cultivate my sentiment and mood.
Master Guo Xuan personally cooked six courses for us, cooked noodles and homemade pickles, set up a small table in the yard, and experienced Buddhist vegetarian food, which made the surrounding tourists and pilgrims envious.
The food here is all green food planted by disciples in the temple, plus refined natural mountain springs in Zhong Nanshan.
Master Guo Xuan is profound, eloquent and humorous. In his speech, the master showed Zen machine and his understanding of life everywhere, so that we could feel the true meaning of life and Buddhism's understanding and understanding of life in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
Master Guo Xuan told us to study and write quietly and not to pay attention to personal right or wrong. In particular, she told me that "yes" is the tongue circling around her feet; No, it's a rootless leek. Listening to rootless words is meaningless, let alone disturbing your thoughts.
Master Guo Xuan also told us that grasping the present is grasping life. She said that life is a one-way ticket, there is no turning back, and we should cherish every day. She wants us to love our parents, our motherland, our society and everything around us.
When Master Guo Xuan came down the mountain, we reluctantly said goodbye to him, and I couldn't help staring back at him. I can't help but think of the Zen words of the master, and I don't feel relaxed.
