First, the examination time and subjects
In early 2023, the technical qualification examinations for intermediate and intermediate economic majors (hereinafter referred to as "the initial and intermediate examinations") were held on October 30th, 65438/kloc-0 and 365438/kloc-0, and the examination form was electronic examination (i.e. computer examination).

The public course "Basic Economic Knowledge" and the professional course "Professional Knowledge and Practice" are set in the junior and middle school exams, and the questions are objective. The junior high school level examination is implemented in two days and four batches in the afternoon (see annex). The specific examination time and batch division of all levels and professional categories shall be determined separately according to the registration situation.
Second, the registration time and method
The registration time is from 9:00 on July 30th to 9: 00 on August 9th, 2023 16:00. Online registration is adopted for the examination, and applicants are requested to log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform (website: /examfront) for registration.
Three. Registration and exemption conditions
All economic professionals who abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good moral conduct and professional quality, and meet the registration requirements for the primary and intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examinations can sign up for the corresponding level examinations.
(a) who is engaged in economic professional work, with high school education recognized by the national education department (including senior high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school, technical school, the same below) or above, can sign up for the primary economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(two) one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examination:
1. Graduated from high school and obtained the technical qualification of primary economy major, and worked in related majors for over 10 years;
2. Have a college degree and have been engaged in related professional work for 6 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree and have been engaged in related professional work for 4 years;
4. Obtain a second bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree, and have been engaged in related professional work for 2 years;
5. Have a master's degree and have been engaged in relevant professional work for 1 year;
6. Have a doctorate.
(3) Obtaining the qualifications of tour guides, auctioneers and assistants of real estate agents, and the primary professional qualifications of banking professionals, which may correspond to the primary economic professional and technical qualifications; Obtaining intermediate professional qualifications of real estate appraisers, consulting engineers (investment), land registration agents, real estate brokers and bankers, which can correspond to intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications; To obtain the professional qualifications of asset appraisers and tax agents, you can correspond to the primary or intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications in accordance with the qualifications and years specified in the Basic Standard Conditions for the Evaluation of Professional Titles of Economic Professionals, as a condition for signing up for the higher-level economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(four) since 2023, intellectual property professionals to participate in the economic series of professional and technical qualification examination or title evaluation. Relevant titles in the field of intellectual property obtained in accordance with relevant regulations can be used as conditions for entering the higher-level professional and technical qualification examination or evaluation of economic series intellectual property majors.
Fourth, registration review and payment
(A) the principle of registration
According to the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Fully Implementing the Informing Commitment System for Enterprise-related Certification Matters and Business License Matters (Guo Ban Fa [2020] No.42) and the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing (Guo Ban Fa [2020]1/KLOC-0 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)), the registration for the economic professional and technical qualification examination shall be handled according to the informing commitment system.
(2) Registration step
1. Registration information, online verification
Applicants log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform, register as required, improve personal information, and wait for the system to check the identity and education (degree) information online (in principle, the check results will be returned within 24 hours).
First-time applicants should complete user registration before registration, and registered applicants do not need to re-register. Before applying, they should log in to the online registration system in advance to supplement and improve the relevant information. The online registration system will check the identity information and academic degree information online. Applicants can log on to the online registration system within 24 hours after submitting the registration information. If there are unverified items, there will be corresponding prompt information when you choose to register for the exam, and you can only register after the verification is completed.
2. Online reporting, good faith commitment
After filling in the relevant information in the online registration system, the applicant can choose whether to use the notification commitment system to handle related matters. If the notification commitment system is selected, after the online verification results are returned, the applicants must truthfully fill in the registration information and promise that the information is true, accurate, complete and effective and meets the examination registration conditions, accept the verification of the examination institutions and bear the consequences of false promises; The applicant himself signed the letter of commitment by electronic means (electronic text). Once submitted, it has legal effect and is not allowed to make a commitment on his behalf. If the notification commitment system is not selected or applicable, the audit items shall be handled offline according to the provisions of our city, and relevant certification materials shall be submitted.
After the applicant has made a promise, he can withdraw his promise before the deadline for registration. After the applicant withdraws his promise, he should take the exam offline according to the regulations of our city and cooperate with the submission of relevant supporting materials. This year's exam is no longer applicable to the notification commitment system.
3. Review process
Verification process of Tianjin 2023 primary and intermediate economic professional technical qualification examination
Category? How to apply? Registration review, uploading materials for on-site review?
All applicants in the primary and secondary economy? ? Select 1 to inform the commitment system not to upload materials. Applicants who do not need to upload materials or who have passed the examination of uploading materials do not need to conduct on-site examination. 2. Applicants who fail to pass the examination of uploaded materials must bring the original electronic materials and 10 (from 9:00 am to1:30 am and from 14:00 pm to 16:30 pm) in August 2023. ? Can the electronic version of the diploma (degree) fail to pass manual verification? Where the notification commitment system is not selected or not applied, the applicant who withdraws his commitment does not need to upload materials. All applicants are required to bring their identity documents, examination registration forms, academic qualifications (degree) certificates, and original relevant materials that meet the application conditions on August 2023 (9:00 am to 1: 30 am and 65438+ pm).
Remarks: (1) Applicants who need to upload materials will log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform at 9:00- 16:00 on August 9, 2023, and the auditing department will start auditing the uploaded materials at 9:00 on August 3, 2023.
(2) Online uploading of electronic versions of relevant materials can only be submitted once and cannot be modified.
(3) Online payment
1. Payment time
All applicants who have passed the examination will log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform to pay the examination fee from 9:00 to 16:00 on August, 2023, otherwise the registration will be invalid.
2. Examination fee
According to the spirit of documents [20 16] 125 and [202 1]23, the examination fee for technical qualification of primary and intermediate economic majors is 56 yuan per person and subject. After the applicant confirms the registration fee, the paid fee will not be refunded.
Five, the admission ticket printing
Applicants will log on to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform to download and print the admission ticket from 9: 00 to 24: 00 on October 27th, 2023/KLOC-0.
Special note: applicants must take the admission ticket and identity certificate (the same as when registering) at the same time to take the exam. Without any documents, you are not allowed to take the exam.
Sixth, publish the exam results.
(1) According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center on Doing a Good Job in the Examination of Economic Professional and Technical Qualifications in 2023 (Letter No.6 from People's Testing Center [2021]), the examination results will be announced within 60 days after the end of the examination, and applicants can log in to the results inquiry column of China Personnel Testing Network (at) at that time.
(two) after the announcement of the test results, candidates who have doubts about their test results can send their application for examination results verification to tjkpzxchengji@tj.gov.cn within 30 days after the announcement of the test results, and will not be accepted after the deadline. For the specific requirements of score verification, please refer to the "Guide to Work" section of Tianjin Personnel Examination Section on the website of Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Scope of performance verification: According to the Document Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center on Performance Verification of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (No.[2005] 168), performance verification is limited to subjective questions in principle, and the application for performance verification is not accepted except those who take the examination but get zero or those who take the examination but do not take the examination. The scores will be re-accumulated by special staff, and whether there are any omissions or errors will be checked, and no re-scoring will be conducted.
(three) after the examination, the papers identified as identical by technical means are invalid.
(four) after the examination, the list of qualified personnel will be publicized and accepted by all sectors of society.
Seven, the examination certificate.
The certificate of conformity is printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center and sent to all places. After the results are announced, candidates can pay attention to the "Notice Announcement" column of Tianjin Personnel Examination Section on the website of Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to inquire about the time and method of collection.
Junior high school examiners must pass all subjects in two consecutive examination years in order to obtain the corresponding qualification certificate.
Eight, matters needing attention
(1) In order to implement the central government's decision-making and deployment on epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, abide by the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control in our city, ensure the life safety and physical health of personnel and examination staff, ensure the safe, stable and smooth implementation of examination organization during the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and reduce the pressure of epidemic prevention and control brought by the cross-regional mobility of applicants, our city requires applicants to register for the examination at their workplaces and residences. If there are new requirements for the epidemic, we will issue a separate notice according to the situation.
(2) Please register or improve the registration information as soon as possible, and carefully read the description of the application conditions before applying for the exam.
(3) Candidates will convert photos into electronic files, download "photo review and processing tools" through the "tool download" column on the homepage of China Personnel Examination Network, process photos, and upload them after passing the review.
The uploaded photo file should be a recent color standard 1 inch, half-length bareheaded front photo (size 25mm*35mm, pixel 295px*4 13px). JPG or. JPEG format, larger than 30K, with white background. Applicants who registered before February 22, 20 18 do not need to change their photos. The uploaded photos will be used for admission ticket, examination room seat map and qualification certificate. Please use it carefully when uploading. The uploaded photo must be my recent photo. (5) Applicants must print the registration form and admission ticket with a laser or inkjet printer, and hold a UnionPay bank card with online payment function to ensure that there is enough money in the card to pay the examination fee.
(6) In order to ensure the smooth progress of registration and payment, it is recommended that the applicant use the 360 security browser speed mode for payment operation. In order to ensure the security of bank cards and personal information, please try not to register and pay online in public places such as Internet cafes.
(7) Candidates who need bills should check the payment code in the examination registration system within 1 month after successful payment, and log on to the website of Tianjin Finance Bureau () to print electronic bills. After entering the website, select the "government service" button, select "electronic bill inspection" in the "financial service area" module on the right, select "payment code inspection" after entering the page, and enter the payment code and the candidate's name respectively to print the electronic bill.
Special note: As the information of candidates' work units needs to be collected when printing financial bills, please fill in the column of "work units" accurately in the registration system. (8) If the registered mobile phone number of the applicant changes, please log in to the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform in time and click "Registration Maintenance" to change the mobile phone number. If it is not changed in time, it is impossible to contact, and the consequences will be borne by the applicant himself. At the same time, the applicant must keep his user name and password. If it is leaked to others, resulting in the disclosure of personal information or false or false promises, the relevant consequences shall be borne by myself.
