Can I take photos with my health certificate?

Health certificate photos cannot be long hair. According to the relevant regulations, the ID photo must be plain and show people's facial features, such as forehead, ears and eyes. You are required not to cover your forehead with bangs, your ears with hair, your eyes with glasses and make-up when taking pictures. Therefore, long hair will definitely cover the relevant five senses, which is forbidden.
