1. The main purpose of the interest-oriented department is to provide students with healthy leisure, friendly exchanges and enhance the friendship of students in various regions.

The main purpose of establishing a business club is to provide a platform for comprehensive management services for member enterprises, enjoy management wisdom, help member enterprises solve problems in management, finance, law, taxation and investment, and obtain business opportunities through business visits.
3. The purpose of the establishment of industry clubs is to integrate industries and industrial chains, students' business resources, and cross-regional business cooperation. Industry clubs regularly hold large-scale industry exchange meetings, industry summit forums and participate in various exhibitions.
4. Tsinghua Shang Bo Charity Foundation is a non-profit public welfare social group organized and voluntarily participated by Shang Bo students who are enthusiastic about charity. The main activities include fundraising, disaster relief, poverty alleviation, charity assistance, public welfare assistance, and exchanges and cooperation with other charities. The charitable foundation was established to carry forward the spirit of businessmen and take social assistance and poverty alleviation as its own responsibility. At present, we have organized some charitable activities with Guangdong Lions Club, One Foundation and other charitable organizations, and sponsored nearly 200 poor students every year.
5. "Shang Bo Fund" was formally incorporated in March, 20 1/with a registered capital of RMB1billion, making it the first limited partnership fund in China. Shang Bo Fund, relying on the huge resource advantages of Tsinghua Shang Bo Alumni Association, has a professional investment expert advisory group, mainly engaged in project investment and financing, IPO listing and PE projects.
6. Shang Bo Alumni Association magazine is positioned to lead the management trend of small and medium-sized enterprises and provide ideological motivation for their growth. Shang Bo magazine has been adhering to the concept of "businessmen reach the sky, businessmen win the world" since it was founded on March 20 10. Based on China's national conditions, focusing on China's management hotspots, taking into account the macro-economy and integrating into China's humanistic heritage, this paper interprets the management cases of local small and medium-sized private enterprises.
